A. Starfruit Franchisor, LLC offers you the chance to establish and operate a business offering the sale of smoothies, frozen treats and parfaits in various flavors, made from kefir, a smooth, creamy and delicious dairy beverage with 10 live and active probiotic cultures.

Q. How much does the franchise cost?
A. The estimated total investment necessary to begin operations of a Starfruit franchise is $217,200 to $344,133.

Q. How much is the fee for continuing support services?
A. The continuing services, or “royalty fee,” is 6% of your gross sales and is paid weekly. This fee entitles you to use the STARFRUIT service mark, use of distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being a Starfruit franchise.

Q. What about advertising?
A. The Starfruit name and reputation is an important part of our business. You will spend a minimum of $10,000 on grand-opening advertising during the first three months of operations. You will also spend at least 5% of your gross sales per month on local advertising.

Q. How much training is provided in the Starfruit system?
A. You will participate in an initial training course. The initial program will focus on all aspects of the Starfruit franchise system while providing on-the-job training.

Q. What is the term of the Starfruit Franchisor, LLC. Franchise Agreement?
A. The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for three additional terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
